I’m Corey, a dedicated realtor and property manager based in the heart of Tulsa. With years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve developed a keen eye for both the potential and the pitfalls in property investment. My real estate journey started at 18 when I bought my first home and investment property, creatively maximizing its value by leasing out spare rooms. This hands-on experience fueled my passion and led me to acquire a second property at 21, replicating my successful strategy.
In 2017, I obtained my realty and property management license and Scarpa Properties Group was founded, marking a new chapter in my professional life. Since then, I’ve been deeply involved in every aspect of the industry.
